Parking Sense & ParkHelp COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 pandemic is evolving daily and changing how each of us live and work. Parking Sense and ParkHelp want to share our commitment to you, and outline what you what you can expect from us in the coming weeks. We are committed to the safety of our employees, customers and community, and will do everything in our power to ensure they remain safe during this situation. 

Personnel: There are many Parking Sense and ParkHelp employees that already work from home every day but during this difficult time we are requiring all employees to work from home. Both the Barcelona and Texas offices will be closed until April 6th, 2020. Any employee who is performing critical, in the field support to our customers has been counseled on ways to prevent becoming infected with or spreading the Coronavirus. This includes social distancing, proper handwashing techniques and sanitiazation.

Preventative Maintenance and Installations: Our team remains committed to providing you with exceptional support for preventative maintenance and new installations during this time. It is more important than ever to show our commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of your team and ours. Any on-site preventative maintenance scheduled but not completed in the 1st quarter will be postponed until after April 6th. All of our customers, future clients and distributors in the United States and around the world can continue to expect the same level of exceptional service you are accustomed to on a remote basis.

To date there have been no disruptions to our supply chain, outside of minor delays in shipping transportation. We have local stock of all products in Barcelona and the U.S and we do not anticipate any major delays in new project installations at this time, but we will keep all our customers informed. Our team will rely heavily on regional guidance to organize onsite visits for installation managers and contractors, otherwise we will use the strictest guidance offered by the State of California.

Support Services: Our support services teams in Barcelona and the U.S will continue to provide technical assistance remotely during business hours. We are committed to ensuring that all sites remain in optimal working order and we will have access to your system should the need arise, no matter what limitations exist.

Sales & Account Management: As always, our sales and account management teams are available and here to support you. We will use conference calling, web video, and other available technology to connect with you in place of in-person meetings. Our agility as an organization allows us to continue to support new installation projects and help clients like yourself take on new projects.
